The Alabama Civil War Round Table (ACWRT) website!

Whether you prefer to call it the Civil War, the War Between The States, the War For States Rights or the War of Northern Agression; the end result was hundreds of thousands of Americans dead and a nation scarred forever.

The war was the deadliest in American history. It caused 620,000 soldier deaths and an undetermined number of civilian casualties.

Our speakers range from published authors to college professors, to just everyday enthusiasts all with a passion and enthusiasm for telling the 1000's of stories of the American Civil War.
